Led by Carina, an experienced nursery owner and early years specialist, this is not casual babysitting. It is structured, ratio-led, professionally managed care delivered with warmth, intention and deep understanding of child development. From sensory

regulation and age-appropriate engagement to naps, feeding and bedtime routines, every detail is thoughtfully handled.

Mini VIP Wedding Lounge Experiences

Our Mini VIP Wedding Lounges are styled play and recharge spaces designed for

younger guests.

Bronze Lounge Experience

Ideal for children approximately 2–6 years. A calm, soft-furnished play and recharge space.

Silver Lounge Experience

Suitable for younger to mixed ages. Activity-led engagement and creative play.

Gold Lounge Experience

A premium Lounge Experience featuring sensory elements, enhanced styling and visual

impact.

Platinum Lounge Experience

Our most exclusive lounge offering, combining bespoke design, refined aesthetics, and immersive sensory features to create a striking environment with maximum guest appeal.

For children aged 7+, bespoke activity planning is quoted following consultation. These are styled experiences and do not include childcare supervision.

The Event Nanny – Nursery-Led Wedding Childcare

We operate with non-negotiable professional ratios to ensure safe, age-appropriate care:

Under 2 years: 1:1

2–4 years: 1 adult: 2–3 children

5+ years: 1 adult: 4–6 children (venue dependent)

1–2 Children (1 staff member)

6 hours / 10–12 hours / 24 hours / Overnight care

3–5 Children (2 staff members)

6 hours / 10–12 hours / 24 hours: €1,200–€1,400

6–9 Children (3 staff members)

6 hours / 10–12 hours / 24 hours

All bookings are tailored following consultation to ensure appropriate ratios and coverage.

How Booking Works:

All childcare bookings begin with a consultation call.

We discuss:

• Children’s ages

• Group size

• Routines and needs

• Venue logistics

• Wedding timeline

You will then receive a tailored childcare plan and written quotation.

Travel beyond 50km charged at mileage rate

Late finishes or overnight care may require accommodation to be covered
